Kate began her yoga journey many moons ago and quickly realised the benefits of a regular yoga practice, including reducing stress and improving physical and mental awareness. A trip to India helped Kate cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation. This led her to the path of teaching to continue her learning and integration of its practices and philosophy into her daily life. This is the essence of what Kate teaches in her classes, as she encourages students to consider their own yoga journey outside of the formal yoga studio setting.
Kate teaches all of her classes with the safety of her students in mind, providing modifications and alternate postures or techniques when necessary.
