About an emergent life
Ellie is a Counsellor & Coach for women ready to live life their way. She lives an emergent life herself and is an ally and witness to others doing the same.
An emergent life is where courage, passion, connection and spirit are sought and prioritised; despite and in spite of what life circumstances and other people try to limit. An emergent life is about discovery and transformation. It is moving through vulnerability, to possibility. It is whole harted living and is nurtured by speaking it and living it with others.
Ellie has particular experience and passion for supporting women to (re)claim their lives from: food, eating and body struggles; anxiety; trauma and illness experiences; the journey of pregnancy and parenting; life transitions; and feelings of wanting more but not knowing how. She also helps supporters of people who are struggling.
Ellie is a Counsellor and Coach with 15 years of experience working in the community sector as a practitioner, manager and educator. Ellie values professionalism, ethical practices and transparency in her work knowing that best outcomes begin with a trusting relationship.
At the heart of all of Ellie's work is her commitment to innovation and social justice. Ellie is informed and transformed by her work and knows that everyone has a story to tell ... we just need someone to hear it.
